Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan landed in a controversy when he made a remark on the excesses of the Army in Jammu and Kashmir and other sensitive areas which forced women to chop off the private parts of soldiers in revenge.He however tried to justify his controversial remark and stated that the his statement was misconstrued by the media.
