Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh was recently spotted urinating in open making a mockery of the Narendra Modi government's Swachh Bharat drive. Going by the pictures circulating on social media, Singh can be seen urinating against a wall near his car while his security guards look away. According to reports, the picture was taken when the minister was on a tour in Motihari in Bihar.
