Senate Republicans have decided to delay the vote on the GOP health care bill until after the July 4 recess, two sources told CNN. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who has been pushing for this bill to be signed before July 4 explained the reason for the delay. McConnell cited that he wants to make changes to the bill and receive a new Congressional Budget Office score before voting.
