BCCI has made it clear that India – Pakistan bilateral series will only be possible with consent of the Indian government. After India was defeated by Pakistan in the finals of the ICC Champions Trophy, the issue was raised that because India and Pakistan don't play regularly they are not familiar with each others playing sides.
