In the background of the ongoing political scene of Cabinet reshuffle in Karnataka, it was being heard that several ministers in the cabinet would be replaced by new ones. Education minister Kimmane Ratnakar who was in news for sometime with regard to the PUC question paper leak sent out a vote of thanks to his supporters on Facebook even before the Cabinet Ministers list announcement, making it official from his end that he had no place in the cabinet.
