Congress leader Shivashankar Reddy has decided to join the league of rebels by deciding to submit his resignation.
Sparks of hatred and anger have been flying around the state following the CM's decision on the list of candidates for his ministerial cabinet. Several Congress leaders and their supporters have involved in destructive exercises breaking down and demolishing public transport vehicles and buildings trying to vent out their frustration on the not being selected for the CM's cabinet.
