Learn how to make easy and tasty Anda Paratha | గుడ్డు పరాఠా
Instead of same routine parathas try something new. Try Anda Paratha which is high in protein and tasty too.
Ingredients:
4 Boiled Eggs/ ఉడికించిన గుడ్డు
1 Cup Wheat Flour/ గోధుమ పిండి
3 to 4 Green Chillies, chopped/ పాచిమిర్చి
1 tbsp Coriander - Ginger - Garlic paste/ కొత్తిమీర – అల్లం- వెల్లుల్లి పేస్ట్
1 Tomato, chopped/ టమాట
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder/ నల్ల మిరియాలు పొడి
Coriander Leaves/ కొత్తిమీర
2 to 3 tsp Oil/ నూనె
Salt to taste/ ఉప్పు
Water/ నీళ్ళు
Method:
To make the Egg Stuffing
- In a pan, heat some oil. Add green chilies, coriander - ginger - garlic paste, coriander leaves, tomato, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Cover the pan with a lid & let the tomato cook.
- Once the tomato is done, add the grated eggs. Mix everything for a minute and switch off the flame.
- Remove the egg mixture to a plate and allow it to cool down completely.
To make the parathas
- In a large bowl add flour, oil, salt & some water. Make a soft dough.
- Make small size round balls to make flat rotis.
- Fill the egg stuffing mixture in the rotis and seal the edges as shown in the video.
- Heat up some oil in a pan. Roast the parathas till they show brown spots.
- Chop them into two and serve them with coconut chutney.
