A 48-year-old man has been arrested after driving a van into a group outside a London mosque early Monday morning.
Ten were injured and one man was pronounced dead at the scene. The van hit a group that was helping a man who had collapsed outside the Finsbury Park Mosque. That man died, but it is unclear whether it was from the attack. British authorities are investigating the attack as a possible act of terrorism.
London Mayor Sadiq Khan described it as a “horrific terrorist attack.” Prime Minister Theresa May will lead an emergency meeting following the incident. There have been three major terror attacks in the U.K. over the past four months; in Westminster, Manchester, and at the London Bridge.
