Crowds of protesters marched on Kensington and Chelsea town hall in London on Friday, June 16, seeking justice for the victims of the Grenfell Tower fire of June 14. Some protesters stormed the building, as this video shows.
The protest was led by the Radical Housing Network, who called for an inquest into the blaze, criminal proceedings against those responsible, long-term, local and affordable housing for victims, and the reconstruction of the tower so that “not a single unit of social housing is lost.”
Local authorities said on Friday that the number of deaths from the apartment block blaze was expected to rise. Credit: Twitter/SeniorNori via Storyful
