Meet the "shooter" who crashed a Congressional baseball game, 2017. He is admitted to be a volunteer worker for Bernie Sanders. He also has an Internet Movie Database (IMDB) listing, possibly for being an actor - but it is empty now.

It this is yet another shooting hoax made for TV fake news, it would NOT be the forst Congressional shooting hoax. It would be the SECOND that we know of.
