Blackland Home Inspections did a very thorough inspection. Most notably, they discovered the septic tank needed to be replaced. It is my understanding that many inspectors do not actually open up the tank and let the water run to make sure the water is not backing up in the tank as opposed to being dispensed properly. That alone saved us over $6,500.00. They get my vote for the best inspectors around.
