Deadly storm and fires ravage Western Cape of South Africa

At least nine people have been killed and thousands evacuated as the worst winter storm in 30 years hit Cape Town and its surrounding areas. Wildfires have broken out in the nearby town of Knysna, leaving 4 dead and forcing up to 10,000 people to evacuate as soldiers have been drafted in to help fight the blazes.
