Video from a London traffic cam shows the police response to the London Bridge attack on June 3. The first six-second clip shows the response at 11.50 pm, and the second shows the scene on Borough High Street at 1.40 am.

A van was reported to have struck pedestrians at London Bridge, shortly before a stabbing attack was reported in the nearby Borough Market, sparking an armed police response during which gunshots were fired, police confirmed.

Prime Minister Theresa May said the incident was being treated as a potential act of terror, while Sadiq Khan, the London mayor, denounced what had happened as “a horrific terrorist attack.”
