A semi-tanker hauling fuel caught fire on Wednesday, May 31, forcing emergency crews to shut down both directions of Interstate 25 in downtown Denver, Colorado.

KUSA reported the driver of the tanker suffered minor injuries, and it is unclear whether the truck was involved in a crash or just caught fire.

The interstate is expected to be closed for several hours for clean-up across the north and southbound lanes.
