An explosion was reported and armed police were seen in Fallowfield, Manchester, amid police reports a 23-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the May 22 attack at an Ariana Grande concert in which at least 22 people were killed.

It was not clear if the Fallowfield police operation was connected to the arrest; there were posts on Twitter that claimed a person had been arrested at a Morrisons in Chorlton, which is approximately 1.4 miles from the location of this footage.
