A West Virginia driver had a close run-in with trees falling across the highway on May 12 and captured the entire incident with his car’s dashcam.
Ronald Wiley was driving to West Hamlin, West Virginia, on Route 10 when trees and power lines fell across the road “like dominoes,” according to a news report. He told the local news a total of seven trees had fallen, but the power lines were still intact, so he was able to back out of the mess. His truck suffered minor damage.
“I’m fine and my truck will survive,” Wiley wrote on Facebook. “God watches over us all the time.” Credit: Ronald Wiley via Storyful
