Actress Jessica Alba recently updated us with the latest on the Sway in the Morning show. She took a break to start a family and become her own boss. She is the C.E.O of "The Honest Company" that caters to making natural and toxin-free products.

Alba also discussed what it was like to step back into the acting scene and preparation for her character Nancy in "Sin City: A Dame to Kill for." The film hits theaters August 22nd, 2014.
