It was revealed Tuesday that filmmaker Michael Moore has been working on a documentary about President Trump, reports the Los Angeles Times.
It’s called Fahrenheit 11/9, a reference to both Moore’s Academy Award nominated film Fahrenheit 9/11 and the day Trump was officially declared the winner of the 2016 election, notes the Huffington Post.
According to the media outlet, "The film will explore Trump’s victory over Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and his turbulent tenure as the commander-in-chief."
Moore said in a statement, “No matter what you throw at him, it hasn’t worked. No matter what is revealed, he remains standing. Facts, reality, brains cannot defeat him. Even when he commits a self-inflicted wound, he gets up the next morning and keeps going and tweeting. That all ends with this movie.”
Bob and Harvey Weinstein, who worked with Moore on Fahrenheit 9/11, have already purchased the rights to the upcoming documentary.
According to the Los Angeles Times, “No release date is set as of yet, but [The Weinstein Company’s] COO David Glasser is shopping the film this week in Cannes.”
