Whistleblower IAS officer Ashok Khemka transferred again on Wednesday. Now he will serve as state transport commissioner. He was given low profile assignments after he cancelled the mutation of land deal between Vadra and real estate giant DLF in 2012. It seems there is no breather for him in BJP government also.
