LeT is planning to hijack planes in J&K to force the release of their 20 militants. The Ministry of Home Affairs has asked the state government to step up security in the area as many more militants may be hiding.Apart from targeting the defence systems of the country, they are also asking their members to kidnap citizens so that they can negotiate the militants' release.
