Delhi Police cop told a woman that trying to kiss is not molestation and he can't take down her complaint. According a Facebook post by Radhika P Singh on Monday in which she described her unnamed friend's ordeal at Connaught Place. Singh later removed her Facebook post because she wanted to "get on with her life" but by then it had got over 8,000 likes and around 5,000 shares.
