Skip the store bought donuts for an easy homemade ones!
Ingredients:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4th Cup Butter
1/4th Cup Warm Milk
2 tbsp Sugar
1 & 1/2 tsp Yeast
Oil for deep frying
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate
1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate
Colored Sprinklers
Method:
- In a large bowl add all purpose flour and little salt. Add butter around the flour.
- Make a well in between and add sugar, dry yeast and warm milk into it.
- Make a soft dough with your hands by adding warm milk as required.
- Apply little oil to the dough, cover it with a damp cloth and rest it for 45 minutes to rise.
- After the dough has risen divide it in two portions.
- Make a flat thick surface with rolling pin.
- Make small donuts shapes with the help of cutter.
- Keep the donuts aside for sometime and apply some oil to keep them moist.
- Fry the donuts in an moderately hot oil on medium flame.
- Double steam the chocolate and milk chocolate.
- Pour one side of the donuts in chocolate and keep it aside.
