The first thing that a lot of people ask when they come to my office is ""how much is my case worth?"". There is no way for me to tell you on day one because it all depends on the extent of your injury or if you will be needing future medical care. If you've been to an attorney who says he or she can tell you what your case worth is right away then they are not being honest with you. A lawyer can give you a better answer in a few months but certainly not on the first day.
