A big jolt for former law minister of Delhi Somnath Bharti as Supreme court has rejected his bail plea. He is wanted in domestic violence and an attempt to murder case. The apex court has asked him to surrender today. It has said 'First surrender, then we will see whether matter should be referred to mediation centre.' His wife Lipika mitra had filed a complaint of domestic violence with Delhi Commission for Women on June 10 alleging that her husband had been abusing her since their marriage in 2010.
