Prime Minister Narendrs Modi wants the BJP to go for talent hunt to induct young and dynamic faces. The party wants the new faces to be spokespersons the youth of the country can identify with, sources said. Apart from the ability to articulate and argue the party line well, BJP wants the new faces to be "capable of doing proper research into public issues and have a clean background", a source said. Modi recently told party colleagues that the next Lok Sabha polls are going to be fought on the social media platforms and asked them to make full use of their smart phones to reach out to all sections.
