Thousands of grieving people turned up for the funeral of Colonel Santosh G. Mahadik who was killed while fighting with militants in Jammu and Kashmir. Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, CM Devendra Fadnavis and other dignitaries paid homage to Col. and offered sympathies to his family members.
