Young ballplayers across America are gearing up for AAU season. Check out Chase Adams’ AAU highlights as he entered high school last summer.
Playing with Chicago’s Mac Irvin Fire, Chase was always coached by his older brother Drake Adams (former college player and 17U AAU National Champ himself). Drake worked for Chicago Public Schools as a Paraprofessional/counselor and was pursuing his master’s degree in High School Counseling. In January, 26 year old Drake Adams passed away unexpectedly at home (from a health issue) and the Chicago basketball community mourned its loss.
This mixtape is a tribute to Drake Adams (1988-2015), a mentor and role model for hundreds of young student-athletes.
