Delhi high court has refused to entertain a plea seeking exemption for lawyers in odd even formula. Delhi High Court also sought response from Delhi Govt on a plea challenging exemption to two wheelers & women in odd even formula. Delhi govt has been asked to file its response by 6th Jan. The lawyers had argued that bail applications for clients are a matter of life and death for the undertrials and as such the rule would limit their movement and appearance in court thereby denying the undertrials legal recourse.
