PDP president Mehbooba Mufti will take oath as the Jammu and Kashmir chief minister anytime after the end of the seven-day official mourning for her late father Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. The state announced a seven-day official mourning when Sayeed passed away at AIIMS in New Delhi on January 7.
