Dilipan Mahendran, a resident of Chennai, has landed in legal trouble following his picture in which he was seen burning national flag. Dilipan first posted his infamous picture on social networking site Facebook and later removed the photo. He was late in removing the photo. By the time he deleted the photo from his timeline, the photo had gone viral on Facebook and messaging app WhatsApp.
