Congress president Sonia Gandhi embarrassed her party by saying that two years of the UPA has been a failure. As per reports, Sonia made the error while addressing party leaders and workers from Andhra Pradesh at Congress' 24 Akbar Road headquarters. Apparently, she wanted to say NDA instead of UPA.
