Melbourne CBD: Footage of man being arrested after he ploughed his vehicle into pedestrians

A man was arrested after he drove his vehicle into pedestrians in a busy Australian business centre area near Bourke Street mall in Melbourne on 20 January 2017. Multiple deaths were reported and dozens of others were injured in the incident, which the Victoria Police has confirmed is not terrorism related.
