Dr Moeed Pirzada discussed the recent attack by Taliban at Military base in Mazar e Sharif, Afghanistan. As per government sources more than 100 people were killed but New York Times story claims that coffins got short in Mizar e Sharif. Some sources also claims that more than 200 unarmed soldiers got killed by Taliban. This attack occurred few days after American dropped “Mother of all Bombs” in Nangarhar over ISIS camp. It seems that Taliban are now more confident than before.

Panama judgment has sparked political debate and rhetoric in the domestic politics of Pakistan. Opposition parties including Peoples Party, Tehreek e Insaf, Awami Muslim League, Jamat e Islami have started criticizing Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and have demanded the resignation to present himself in front of JIT. Government is also criticizing opposition and is celebrating the judgment but Dr Moeed Pirzada said that the judgment by the Supreme Court is a white bullet and will damage the politics of Nawaz Sharif like a slow poison.
