As the BJP set for a big victory in Assam assembly elections, celebrations have started in BJP's delhi office on Ashoka Road. In the run up to polls in the state, the BJP had launched a high voltage campaign with Modi and BJP president Amit Shah holding rallies. This would be the first time that BJP will be forming government in North-East.
