A Delhi court today issued non-bailable warrant against defaulter businessman Vijay Mallya in a cheque bounce case. The court has ordered that Mallya be brought before it on Novermber 4. Delhi International Airport Ltd. filed four cases against Mallya after a cheque for Rs 7.5 crore bounced in 2012.
