A former temporary employee of the Income Tax department was arrested in Chennai on Friday for allegedly attacking another worker with acid. The accused G Prabu attacked Mohit Pathak with acid two days ago. Prabu was employed in the I-T department on temporarily basis as a data entry operator a few months ago and he fell in love with a woman colleague. But the woman was in love with Pathak which got him angry and he attacked Pathak with acid.
