Punjab Congress MLA Tarlochan Singh on Wednesday threw a shoe at Punjab minister Bikram Singh Majithia. Singh said that it was aimed at SAD MLA Virsa Singh Valtoha. Twenty-two Congress lawmakers have not left the assembly building since Monday, when their motion was declared rejected by a voice vote.
