ADNAN OKTAR: God afflicts hypocrites with an unimaginable restlessness; this is one of the most prominent characteristics of hypocrites, which is why hypocrites are always really nervous. As they are possessed by satan, their bodies and nerves are always on the edge; and since they resign themselves to satan, the satan virtually pulls the wires of their bodies. This is why hypocrites suffer from fits of hysteria. Hypocrites are extremely impatient; they cannot stay still at one place, they are characteristically always on the move. They want whatever they desire to immediately happen. For instance, if they have ordered tea, they want it brought to them immediately. Muslims are patient, whereas hypocrites do not have the patience. Hypocrites neither have the patience nor trust in God; satan's influence has eliminated their sense of patience and trust in God. For that reason, they are easily affected by the incidents; they cry, have nervous breakdowns, suffer from crippling anxiety and agitation, or fall into depression since they have lost their sense of trust in God and patience. They are always alarmed, impetuous and evilly ambitious. They want everything, all sorts of daily activities to be done extremely quickly, exactly as they wish. When it is not done the way they want, they go mad with fury; this is another sign that gives away hypocrites true identities. This happens because the control of their bodies has been taken over by satan. A normal person is patient, they wait patiently if something is delayed; they are temperate, they see the good behind any event. They react normally when something is delayed or happens in its expected time. They trust in God, so they are not fazed in the face of any event. However, since hypocrites do not trust in God, they are easily and severely shaken by every incident, exhibiting insane reactions. Their bodies falter as their bodies are taken over by satan. So their bodily reactions are a crucial sign in identifying hypocrites.
