Things are not going really well for former India skipper MS Dhoni in this season of IPL. His agony with the bat continues as he is not scoring runs in this season of IPL. #DhoniDropped was trending on Twitter. after RPS lost to GL. There has been support for Dhoni from several quarters. RPS skipper Steve Smith and former Australian pacer Brett Lee supported him. It was also Virender Sehwag who backed the out of form MS Dhoni saying that it is at times difficult to score runs at the position he bats on. And said that there is no need to worry about Dhoni's form.
He said, "The position at which he’s coming in to bat is very difficult. He is still the best at No. 5 or No. 6. “There’s no doubt that he will be back in form sooner rather than later. There’s a lot of time left in the IPL. One should not judge a player of Dhoni’s stature just by the outcome of three-four games” Sehwag said.
