Sean Spicer opened up the White House press briefing explaining why they dropped the ‘Mother of all Bombs’ in Nangarhar, Afghanistan

Apparently ISIS was using these caves and tunnels to attack US military personnel as well as Afghan forces. As Spicer said, the intent of the bombing was to deny ISIS operational space and that’s what they did.

So when are they going to drop this bomb on Raqqa?
