Three explosions occurred near the team bus for soccer side Borussia Dortmund April 11 in Dortmund. Their defender Marc Bartra was injured in the incident and brought to hospital.
Borussia Dortmund were due to play Monaco in a Champions League game, but it was postponed after the incident. Fans of both teams already inside Signal Iduna Park were informed via the PA system inside the stadium, as seen in this video. Fans were asked to stay inside the stadium for a period of time before they were allowed to leave.
