A second day of mourning was held in the Russian city of St. Petersburg for the 14 people killed in an explosion on Monday. Dozens more were injured when thr bomb went off in a crowded Metro train downtown. Yuri Fedotov, the Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, told RT that the latest attacks show the need for a stronger alliance against terrorist groups.
