President Trump on Monday signed a congressional resolution to complete the overturning of internet privacy
protections created by the Federal Communications Commission during the Obama administration.
The broadband suppliers have “valuable, anonymized profiles of users,” Mr. Gallant said,
adding, “But it’s not clear what the size of the market for the raw data is.”
