Ingredients:-
1½ tsp. Finely Chopped Ginger
½ kg. Raw Mangoes
¾ cup sugar
2½ tsp. Black Salt
2½ tsp. Cumin Powder
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Mint Leaves
3 tsp. Soaked Fennel Seeds
1 cup Ice Cubes
Ground Green Cardamom
Water
Method:-
1. In a pressure cooker, take 2 glasses water, ginger and raw mangoes. Cover with the lid and let it cook for 3 whistles and then on a low flame for 10 minutes.
2. Once the pressure cooker is opened add sugar, black salt, cumin powder, ground black pepper and mix it well.
3. In a blender add mint leaves, soaked fennel seeds with the water and a little pressure cooked raw mango pulp and blend it well. Once blended properly add the remaining pulp to the blender and blend it again. Add 4 glasses water and give it another blend.
4. Add 1 cup ice cubes, ground green cardamom and mix well.
5. Refreshing ice cold Aam Panna is ready to serve!
