This is the situation around Luhansk on 7 February 2017.
The significant features here are the Ukranian engineers which were reported to have 60 pontoon barges to build a bridge across the Seversky Donets River.
Also, I have included a Ukranian Tochka-U tactical missile unit with two missiles. This is unclear, but the Russians say that the Ukranians have been using them but not where exactly or even if they were used in this area, but I have included them for topical reference.
Essentially the Ukrainians objective is to get across the river.
