Two explosions struck St Petersburg, Russia metro station Monday, with witnesses reporting casualties at the Teknologicheskiy Institut station. The blasts, which involved a device filled with shrapnel, left at least 10 people injured, RIA news agency said. Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the explosions.
