Chemical Wash (also known as Chemical Cleaning or Chemical Overhaul) of Ceiling Cassette Type Fan Coil
CitiCool provides aircon servicing islandwide in Singapore. We uses only best practice procedures when performing chemical wash of air conditioners. This video shows how our aircon technician perform chemical wash of ceiling mounted cassette fan coil. The basic procedures are summarized below:
• uninstall the cassette type fan coil from the ceiling;
• dismantle all the washable parts from the fan coil;
• apply chemical solution on all the washable parts,
• use water hose to spray water on all washable parts to thoroughly remove and rinse off the dirt and chemical solution;
• dry all the washable parts and re-assemble the fan coil;
• re-install the fan coil back to the ceiling; and
• commission the fan coil.
Note that this video has been edited to allow for faster viewing. The actual process actually takes 2 experienced technicians approximately 2 hours to complete.
