Residents of Gooding, Idaho, faced flooding on Sunday, April 2, after the Big Wood River overflowed.

This footage, taken from Gooding, shows a road closure caused by the floodwaters.

The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for the area, and residents told KMVT that the river is usually lower at this time of year.

The Twin Falls Times reported that overflow at Magic Reservoir also contributed to the flooding, to the east of Big Wood River, Silver Creek and Carey Lake were also overflowing.
