Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) warned Republicans not to choose the option to "go nuclear," and change Senate rules to overcome a potential filibuster of Judge Gorsuch's nomination to the Supreme Court. "If they decide to change the rules, it'll be on their back," he said.
