Large hailstones were reported across northern Texas on March 26, including in Highland Village. This video shows the hailstones as they landed in a pool in the back garden of Highland Village resident Michelle Epperson.

Epperson told Storyful that the hailstones were the size of “golf balls.”

Large hailstones also struck homes and vehicles in nearby Collin and Denton counties. Hail damage also took most of Little Elm Independent School District’s buses out of commission.
